The Broken Wing

Digital Story, The Broken Wing, Process - The process for this digital story began with the actual writing of the story.  Once it was written, we planned out a story board for it.  We typed it into a google slideshow and made notes of the type of animation that we wanted to go with each slide.  Then, we created the animations.  To do that we used Hue Animation Studio and a laptop computer.  Once each animation was created, we placed each one in Movie Maker and looped it to make it play for the amount of time needed for each slide of the story.  We then saved the google slideshow into Powerpoint and inserted the audio and Movie Maker files into it so that we could record timings and make it play continually.  We added our title slide and credits to finish it up and saved it as a mp3 so you can view it as it is today.  Our teacher added it to the school website.

 I Love You:  In creating this music, I had an friend assist me in writing the lyrics while I composed the music.  I sang and played my guitar while recording using a microphone and computer.  Finally, we adjusted the volume using audacity software.  Everything is my original creation--Z.F.
